To every beautiful person (staff member) working on Easter Sunday shout out to you all! I was greeted the moment I walked in and it was 1000% percent authentic it felt right. I was able to find two plants I was looking for all day. I wish I stopped here first! To Axel and my West Indian sister with the nice glasses thank you so much I needed your kindness patience and your understanding. You all are amazing thanks again! ❤️❤️❤️ For the store manager and corporate: West Hartford Connecticut! This a wonderful location with wonderful staff. Everyone who was there in there up until 6pm on Easter Sunday magnificent please shout them out. Thanks. Sometimes people don’t know what other people are going through and the smallest gestures are the kindest ones. I wish I got the woman’s name who was standing with Axel checking me out but ask him he will know. Anyway I’m happy I’m feeling better than I was before I walked in the store so thank you a bunch! Need lots of unpromising When you search online for product website shows, there are plenty of stock in West Hartford store. When you go to store you never find it. You have to spend a lot of time to find associate who can help you after getting that help you feel that within no time you’re going to get that item and you never get that Almost every time same story 2 stars because of few good employees who really want to help customers and really working hard

Since online orders started, there are no carts available. navigation around all the loaded carts is annoying. Plus now all the holiday cardboard displays are in the way. They need to fix this.
